Intertimer v3.1 is a user-enabled program that calculates the cost of your Internet sessions automatically or manually. The program can be configured to run hidden every time you start Windows. It makes a difference between guests, limited access users, and administrators. Guests can only record their online time, limited access users can view the log-file, and the administrator can access the options screen, the user edit screen and delete entries from the log-file, Intertimer also keeps a detailed log-file for every time a user is online. There are three modes the program can be run in: the normal mode (manually start and stop recording), the netdetect mode (automatically start and stop recording when a connection is detected), and the spy mode (in this mode, the program runs hidden but records automatically like the netdetect mode). Limits can be set for each user and when exceeded, the connection will be terminated or a warning will be shown. You can fully specify the amount of money to pay during peak or off-peak-hours, you can also specify from when to when there are peak/off-peak hours, set a minimum amount to pay, connect and disconnect from within the program, change a users debt manually (only for admins), calculate tax, change the interface language (Dutch/English), choose the currency, specify the path where the log-file will be kept, and much more.
