Cathy v2.6.3 is a simple, but very
fast media cataloging tool, quite usable for 200,000 archived files
on a Pentium90. Files stored on removable media (CD-ROMs, LS120,
Iomega Zip and Jaz disks, or even diskettes), can be found quickly
and easily. Duplicates can be found. Searching capabilities are
based on file name, date and size. Files can be opened by registered
application, or drag-and-dropped. Small single executable, no
installation needed; 35144 bytes.

DirList v1.2: When Microsoft
introduced Windows, they added no feature to print out the
contents of a directory. Additionally, finding the attributes of a
set of files is very cumbersome. As a result, I have written
Directory List (a.k.a. DirList). Use DirList to list all file and
directory names in a directory. You can also select to view any or
all of the following: file size, file date, creation time, and
file attributes (Archive, Hidden, Read-Only, and System). The
directory listing can be sent to the default printer, or the
clipboard. Released with source code under the GNU Public License;
23854 bytes.

of a drive into a single file. This is especially useful if you
have a large collection of CD-ROMs to keep track of. You can at a
later time browse the file (in Explorer-like interface), search
for specific filenames or import entries from another file.
MaxLister can also save the drive image into a plain text file,

the means to easily make an image of a floppy disk and save it to
a file. It will work with any of the standard format floppy disks,
IE: 1.44mb & 720kb 3.5", 1.2mb & 360kb 5.25". So
