Use Archive Utility 1.02 to produce listings of files, folders and drives. Just drag your selection onto the main dialogue and it then processes the data. There is a variety of options available to format the output. It's archiving feature may be of use to those who archive files to a database. It assigns a special ID to each file and you can then append the output as records into your database. It comes complete with a good online help system; 1143310 bytes.

You can test floppy disks, search for bad sectors, repair bad sectors, format, quick format, recover data on bad sectors, make backups, mark/un-mark bad sectors, erase data without using files, test floppy disk speed on reading. Data, when recovered, is 100% reliable. More than 3 pass testing is made to recover bad sectors. You can also format individual parts of the disk even with bad sectors on system area. Replacement for the MS-DOS 'dir' command

List2000 is a replacement for the MS-DOS "DIR" command. It has most of the features of DOS's "DIR" and display files in different colors according to their file extensions. It is extremely easy to use. List2000 will operate under Microsoft Windows 9x. There have been many DIR replacements, however, with the inclusion of long filenames in Microsoft Windows 95, our favorite DIR replacement utilities are no longer functional. List2000 is a free DIR replacement utility which implements the new long filename system, which is known as VFAT. List2000 1.04 doesn't implement the older FAT system. List 2000 features: Long filename (VFAT) support; Display filenames in different colors (user customizable); Automatically calculates the column format on the basis of the length of the filenames being displayed; Sort files based on various criteria; Ability to handle thousands of files in a single directory; 45446 bytes.

NC-clone using Explorer

Double Explore opens two separate Explorer windows in "Open" view and sizes them side by side or one beneath the other on your desktop.
